SYMPTOMS
========

If your computer is configured to dual boot Microsoft Windows 95/98 and
Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, you may be unable to start MapPoint 2000 under Windows
NT 4.0.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true:

- You installed MapPoint 2000 under both Windows 95/98 and Windows NT 4.0

- You removed MapPoint 2000 under Windows 95/98.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, reinstall MapPoint 2000 under Windows NT 4.0.
