SYMPTOMS
========

When you click Send To on the File menu to send a map from Microsoft MapPoint
2000, an unexpected e-mail program may start.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if Microsoft Internet Explorer is not configured to use
your preferred e-mail program.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, configure Internet Explorer to use your preferred e-mail
program. To do this:

1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.

2. Double-click Internet or Internet Options.

3. Click the Programs tab.

4. In the Mail box, click the e-mail program you want to use.

5. Click OK.

6. Close Control Panel, and then restart the computer.
