When you run the MSN Connection Settings Wizard, you may be prompted to enter
your user settings, even though you have entered them before.
CAUSE
=====
This issue can occur if you click Turn MSN Off on the MSN Quick View menu, to
disable MSN, The Microsoft Network, version 5.x.
