SYMPTOMS
========
When a process remains idle for a few hours on a computer with more than 500 MB
of memory, the computer trims the working set of a process below its minimum
working set size. If the computer is never stressed or memory starved, then the
trimming should not be necessary.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT 4.0 and Windows NT
