SYMPTOMS
========

The following error may occur when you attempt to access a Web site after
viewing the bindings information using the Internet Information Server HTML
Administration tool:

  The system could not find the file specified.

CAUSE
=====

A comma is always inserted into the blank Host Header record when you click OK
to exit the dialog. This causes the site to be unreachable.

WORKAROUND
==========

Use the Microsoft Management Console (MMC) to remove the comma from the Host
Header name.

RESOLUTION
==========

Windows NT Server, Internet Information Server, or Workstation 4.0

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or the
