SYMPTOMS

When you drag the scroll box up or down on a wizard interview page in Microsoft
Business Planner, the scroll box jumps to a position near the top of the scroll
bar when you release the mouse button.
RESOLUTION
==========
To work around this issue, use either of the following methods:
- Click a scroll arrow to scroll up or down the page.
- Click the scroll bar to scroll up or down the page.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Business Planner.
