  There was a problem opening: <file name>. Too many fields defined.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you link or import data from a database or
spreadsheet that contains more than 61 columns of data.

RESOLUTION
==========

To prevent this issue from occurring, link or import data from a database or
spreadsheet that contains a maximum of 61 columns of data.
