  To invite someone to attend the meeting, click the Invite Others button.
  Outlook displays the dialog box shown below:

  Your name is already entered in the Required box because you are the meeting's
  organizer. Your name is underlined to indicated that Outlook has information
  about you, including a valid e-mail address. The names of the people in your
  network's Global Address List appear in the list box on the left. If
  necessary, you can change the setting in the Show Names From The box to
  display the contents of a different address book. (See the tip on page 36 for
  more information about address books.)

  Then change the time in the End Time edit box so that the meeting will last
  one hour.
