SYMPTOMS
========
In Systems Management Server 2.0, the pre-defined Product compliance queries
will not display Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 as being Y2K compliant. When
running the "Y2K All Compliant Software by System in This Site and Its Subsites"
pre-defined query, Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 clients will not be displayed.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Systems Management Server
version 2.0. This problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. service pack for
Systems Management Server version 2.0. For information on obtaining the service
pack, query on the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the
