SYMPTOMS
========
When you remove Microsoft Encarta Reference Suite 2000 from your computer,
Microsoft Bookshelf 99 is unexpectedly removed as well.
NOTE: Bookshelf 99 is not removed when you only remove Microsoft Encarta World
English Dictionary 2000.
RESOLUTION
==========
To work around this issue, reinstall Bookshelf 99:
1. Insert the Microsoft Encarta Reference Suite 99 Installation and Resources
CD-ROM into your CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive. Press and hold down the SHIFT key
as you insert the CD-ROM to prevent Setup from starting automatically.
2. Click Start, and then click Run.
3. In the Open box, type the following line, and then click OK
<drive>/Bshelf/Setup.exe
where <drive> is the drive letter of the CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen to reinstall Bookshelf 99.
