SYMPTOMS
========
If you attempt to install Microsoft Natural Language Search (NLQ) by clicking
the shortcut in the "Searching by asking a question" online Help topic in
Microsoft Encarta Encyclopedia 2000, you may receive the following error
message:
Cannot find or run the file or program "C:\Program Files\Common
Files\Microsoft Shared\Reference Titles\A\ERS2000.exe."
NOTE: This issue occurs only in the DVD-ROM version of Encarta Encyclopedia 2000.
CAUSE
=====
This behavior occurs if Microsoft Windows is installed on a hard disk with a
logical drive letter other than C.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Encarta Encyclopedia
2000.
