SYMPTOMS
========
When you use the SMS Security Wizard to assign SMS security to a local group,
you can use SMS to add that local group to the SMS Admins local group on the
site server or remote SQL server.
CAUSE
=====
This issue can occur if you install SMS on a member server. This issue does not
cause any adverse affects.
