SYMPTOMS
========
When you play Microsoft NBA Inside Drive 2000 or Microsoft NFL Fever 2000, you
may experience the following symptoms:
- You are only able to play the game in software mode.
- The video adapter installed in your computer may not appear in the list of
available video drivers in the Display options window.
CAUSE
=====
This behavior can occur if at least two of the following conditions are true:
- A Creative Labs Graphics Blaster Exxtreme video adapter is installed in your
computer.
- A video adapter based on the Riva TNT2 chipset is installed in your computer.
- The video driver installed on your computer is outdated.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this issue, download and install the latest video driver for your
video adapter from the appropriate Web site:
