SYMPTOMS
========
When you play Microsoft NBA Inside Drive 2000, your mouse pointer may stop
responding (hang), or duplicate pointers may be displayed on the screen.
CAUSE
=====
This behavior occurs if the following conditions are true:
- Online Help is displayed on the screen.
- You press ALT+TAB to switch to another program, and then switch back to NBA
Inside Drive 2000.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this issue, close online Help, press ALT+TAB to minimize the game and
switch to another program, and then press ALT+TAB again to restore NBA Inside
Drive 2000.
NOTE: To prevent this issue from occurring, close online Help before you press
ALT+TAB to switch to another program.
