SYMPTOMS
========
If a resource monitor stops working, Failover Manager (FM) generates a new one
and resources are brought back online. When this occurs, nothing is logged in
the Event log to indicate the failed resource monitor or the related failed
resources.
RESOLUTION
==========
Windows NT Server, Cluster Server, or Workstation 4.0

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or the

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT 4.0 Cluster Server.
