SYMPTOMS

When you view a Web page that starts another instance of Internet Explorer, your
computer may stop responding (hang).

CAUSE
=====

This problem can occur if you previously installed the Microsoft Script Editor
component of Microsoft FrontPage during Office 2000 Setup, and the Script Editor
debugger is enabled.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Internet Explorer 5.
