SYMPTOMS

When you play Microsoft Baseball 2001, the screen may turn black, or text may
not be displayed on the screen.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if your computer is configured to use a 256 color
palette or a True Color palette.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, configure the computer to use a High Color palette:

1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.

2. Double-click Display.

3. Click the Settings tab.

4. In the Color Palette or Colors box, click High Color (16 bit).

5. Click OK. If you are prompted to restart the computer, do so.
