CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true:

- A Creative Labs 3D Blaster Banshee video adapter is installed in your
  computer.

- You are using a 3Dfx video driver for the Creative Labs 3D Blaster Banshee
  video adapter.

RESOLUTION
==========

To work around this issue, use one of the following methods.

Disable DirectX 6 Support:

1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.

2. Double-click Display.

3. Click Settings, and then click Advanced.

4. Click Blaster Control, and then click Advanced.

5. Click to clear the "Enable DirectX 6 support" check box.

6. Click OK.

Install the Creative Labs Video Driver:

Install the Creative Labs video driver that is included with your Creative Labs
3D Blaster Banshee video adapter.
