SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to print a field manual from the Freshwater Pond in
Scholastic's Magic School Bus series: Explores Bugs, only the background of the
screen may be printed instead of the field manual notebook.

RESOLUTION
==========

To work around this issue:

1. When you are at the Freshwater Pond, click the Field Manual icon, and then
  click the bug for which you want to print the field manual notebook.

2. Press ALT+PRINT SCREEN.

3. Quit Magic School Bus series: Explores Bugs.

4. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Accessories, and then click Paint.

5. On the Edit menu in Microsoft Paint, click Paste.

6. If you are prompted to enlarge the bitmap, click Yes.

7. Click File, and then click Print.

NOTE: You must repeat these steps for each field manual notebook that you want to
print.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Scholastic's Magic School Bus
series: Explores Bugs, version 1.0.
