The Internet Information Services (IIS) 5.0 documentation included in Microsoft
Windows 2000 Professional describes how to use the Personal Web Manager (PWM) in
detail; however, it does not describe how to actually start the PWM.

To start the PWM, do one of the following:

- In Control Panel, double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click
  Personal Web Manager.

  -OR-

- Create a shortcut to the %SystemRoot%\System32\Inetsrv\Pws.exe folder.
