SYMPTOMS
========
You may be unable to use the Lookup feature in Microsoft Reader.
In addition, the Lookup command on the shortcut menu may be unavailable.
CAUSE
=====
This behavior can occur if the Microsoft Encarta Pocket Dictionary for Microsoft
Reader is not installed on your Pocket PC or your computer.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this issue, download the Encarta Pocket Dictionary free of charge
from the following Microsoft Web site:
http://www.microsoft.com/reader/read/msebdict.lit
