SYMPTOMS
========

Internet Explorer no longer prompts to accept cookies when the user is surfing
the Internet.

CAUSE
=====

If MSN Explorer fails to respond after the user has selected the option to
temporarily accept cookies, the Internet Explorer settings do not revert to
previous settings.

RESOLUTION
==========

To reset default security settings so that cookies are accepted

1. In Internet Explorer click Tools, click Internet Options and then click the
  Security tab.

2. Under Select a Web Content Zone... click Internet, click Default Level, and
  then click Apply.
