SYMPTOMS
========

When attempting to install or load MSN Explorer Preview 2, the user is prompted
with an error stating the path contains invalid characters.

CAUSE
=====

The presence of Double-byte character set (DBCS) characters in a URL path causes
a failure in the Q-Manager, which prevents MSN Explorer from loading.

RESOLUTION
==========

Uninstall the current version of MSN Explorer Preview 2 and reinstall using only
the default installation path.
