SYMPTOMS

When you play Shogi and you attempt to promote a rook, you may experience one of
the following symptoms:
- If you are the player on the bottom of the screen, you may not be prompted to
promote the rook.
- If you are the player on the top of the screen, you may not be able to move
the rook after you promote it.
