SYMPTOMS

- The customer wants to view Shockwave games or animations.
CAUSE
=====
- Shockwave is not supported on the MSN Companion. This functionality requires
downloading a special Shockwave ActiveX control, and MSN Companion does not
support downloaded applications.
RESOLUTION
==========
- Tell the customer that Shockwave is not supported on the MSN Companion,
because Shockwave requires download of a special Shockwave ActiveX control.
Customers who would like to view animations should look for "Flash"
animations. Flash files are supported on the MSN Companion.
