SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to install mail certificates from Terminal server client
computers, you may be unable to complete the installation process. The final
dialog box that prompts you to confirm the installation may not be displayed in
the client terminal session; instead, the dialog box may be displayed on the
console of the server (session 0).

RESOLUTION
==========

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the product(s) listed in this
article.

WORKAROUND
==========

To work around this problem, install the mail certificates from the console of
Windows NT Server version 4.0, Terminal Server.
