SYMPTOMS

After sign in to MSN Explorer, after two minutes or less, the computer screen
goes black and can only be restored by restarting the computer.

CAUSE
=====

This is likely due to interrupt request (IRQ) conflicts between two or more
devices in the Windows device manager. Specifically, the conflict is often
between between the modem and the video card.

RESOLUTION
