SYMPTOMS
========
The customer has been using a broadband connection and wants to change to
dial-up access. The user boots the device to broadband, selects the "connection
settings" at the top of the page, and then clicks the "I do not want to use my
broadband connection anymore." link. The next time the user boots the device, it
attempts to connect via broadband.
CAUSE
=====
The device is detecting the USB to Ethernet device.
RESOLUTION
==========
The user should remove the USB to Ethernet device, plug in their phone line and
reboot the device. The device will attempt to detect the USB to Ethernet device
and fail. It will then connect via the phone line.
