SYMPTOMS
========
A customer views e-mail in offline mode in MSN Explorer 6.1.
The customer minimizes the "My Stuff" bar, and then goes online.
The ads that normally appear in the "My Stuff" bar do not appear, even if the
customer maximizes the bar after going online.
