SYMPTOMS
========
You cannot print an entire e-mail message in MSN Explorer--only a portion of the
message actually prints.
CAUSE
=====
MSN Explorer is only printing the portion of the e-mail message that is visible
at the moment you click the Print button.
RESOLUTION
==========
To print an entire e-mail message
1. Open the message that you want to print.
2. Click anywhere inside body of message.
3. Press CTRL+A to select the entire message.
4. Press CTRL+P to print entire message.
