Pointing device interface error codes

CD Drive error codes
Error Code	Description	Recommended Action
3301-xx 3305-xx 66XX-xx	CD drive read test failed	The following steps apply to error codes 3301-xx through 3305-xx and 66XX-xx: 1 Replace the CD disk and retest.* 2 Check the jumper settings on the CD drive. 3 Check and/or replace the power and signal cables and retest. 4 Replace the CD drive and retest. 5 Replace the backplane.
* Boot to DOS (Command Prompt only) or Windows (Not Safe Mode). Press the CD drive eject button (located on the front bezel) to eject the CD and retest.
