The "USB Supplement Driver" is to eliminate the yellow (!) marks

The USB is a hardware feature on the VIA VPIII Chipset, but
Win95 (OSR2) does not include the hardware driver for the device.

   system from trying to install USB support.

      /Device Manager/Other device.
   b. Start Windows Explorer.
   c. Click on the A: drive to display the contents of the floppy disk.
   d. Double click on USBSUPP.EXE, following instrucion and reboot your
      computer to complete installation.
   e. Check from Windows 95 Control Panel/System/Device Manager.
      The USB (Universal Serial Bus) becomes a normal device, with the
      Root Hub added.

3. Uninstall "USB Supplement Driver":
===========================================
   Once you have installed the USB Supplement, it can be uninstalled
   from Control Panel, Add/Remove components. If for any reason you
   wish to reinstall the USB supplement, you must first uninstall any
   version currently on your system.
