abstract

This file contains a patch for some problems in CLIB v3.11. The patch requires NetWare 3.11 and CLIB v3.11 to load.

installation

Load PATCH311.NLM from the NetWare console. This patch requires the released CLIB v3.11 already be loaded on the server. The released CLib is dated February 14, 1991. Its size is 232,842. If an incorrect version of CLib is loaded the patch utility terminates with an error message.

PATCH311.NLM was created with the intent to fix the known problems in CLib 3.11. PATCH311 is a dynamic patch - i.e. it is in effect only while it is loaded (as opposed to a static patch which performs modifications on the program file itself before it's loaded).

Usage
