8MB 70ns Tin Lead NP SIMM - Memory Problem

Symptom:
Using the 8MB SIMM (Marketing part number 92G7246, FRU part number 92G7245, ASM part number 74G1300), systems may experience Lock-ups, SYS Errors, or Trap errors (C, D, and E) under the IBM OS/2 operating system or other memory-demanding operating systems (i.e. Windows NT, Windows 95, etc.). The affected SIMMs have date code "V3AU" or "V3AR" on their label.
Problem Isolation Aids:
None
Fix:
Call the IBM Dealers' Hotline to report the case and replace the memory.
