Netfinity 7000 M10 - "90" power system errors not reported on the front panel

SYMPTOM:
Errors created by over voltage conditions will not be displayed in the Front Panel although they are being logged in the System Error Log. On an abrupt system shut down due to a catastrophic failure, refer to the System Error Log (F1 at POST) and these errors will be seen.
PROBLEM ISOLATION AIDS:
- The system is a Netfinity 7000 M10 server, Type 8680, any model.
FIX:
The next level of SP code 31A will put the error message on the front panel.
WORKAROUND:
If failure occurs and system shuts down, you need to remove AC power to reset system.
