IBM PS/2 - Video Twitch in 76i/77i

Symptom:
Top inch of screen image, extending inward from either left or right edge for 2-2.5 inches twitches at around 1Hz.
Problem Isolation Aids:
Check that BIOS Revision Level [04] v3.03 plus updated XVAVESA.COM are applied. Problem occurs with latest BIOS and XVAVESA.COM levels.
Fix:
Failure caused by tolerance problem with specific planar NVRAM component. New planars with revised NVRAM level have been released. To address current field failure situations, fixed planars are available against new FRU numbers.
96G1305 - 25MHz planar.
96G1306 - 33MHz planar.
Current Greenock manufacturing build level is based upon the fixed planar level.
