TP 765 - New PC Card Security Plate

SYMPTOM:
When installed, the PC Card Security Plate will not allow the keyboard to close.
CONFIGURATION:
Any ThinkPad 765D and 765L using a PC Card Security Plate from the Security Parts Kit , FRU P/N29H9294.
RESOLUTION:
Contact the IBM PC HelpCenter (click here for a list of phone numbers 
) or an authorized servicer in your area for a new PC Card Security Plate, FRU P/N05K4732, for the 765D and 765L ThinkPad systems.
