TP 1720 - Considerations for Windows NT

Below is a list of considerations for running Windows NT on your ThinkPad 1720

• Windows NT user needs to get the latest BIOS from the following IBM Web site: http://www.pc.ibm.com/support
• IBM Infrared Feature for Windows NT 4.0 (SIR Driver) is not supported
• These cards are not supported:

- CardBus PC
- Multifunction PC
- Boot from PC HDDs
- ZV

• Use the token-ring device driver IBM provides, not the Microsoft PC card token-ring driver.
