ScrollPoint Mouse - Cyberjump function not working in Netscape Communicator

Symptom:
The Cyberjump function will not work in Netscape Communicator.

Environment:

• Windows NT 4.0
• ScrollPoint Mouse
• Mouseware 2.2 or later

• Windows 95 or Windows 98
• ScrollPoint Mouse
• Mouseware 2.2 or later

Temporary solution:
Use Netscape Navigator.

Permanent Solution:
None. Netscape Communicator was developed after the release of the ScrollPoint Mouse. Netscape Communicator handles commands differently than Netscape Navigator therefore the links are not established.
