System hangs when using a preformatted diskette for saving diagnostic log.
PROBLEM ISOLATION AIDS:
- The system is a Netfinity 5000 server, Type 8659, any model.
- The system's Diagnostics is Version 1.00.
- The system's Diagnostics hang when saving diagnostic log to diskette.
- The diskette used while running diagnostics was preformatted.
WORKAROUND:
Format all diskettes prior to using as a test log diskette with Netfinity 5000 server diagnostics.
