Rapid Access Keyboard - Installation Verification

Applicable to: EMEA, AP-S

The Rapid Access Keyboard software can be verified for proper installation by checking the following:

1. The Rapid Access icon is located in the Control Panel.
2. 'IBM Rapid Access Keyboard' is listed in Add/Remove programs.
3. Drivers, EZBTNVXD.VXD and EZBTNDLL.DLL are located in the Windows/System directory.

Note:
Check Add/Remove Programs to be sure no other special keyboard utilities or drivers are installed. If the keyboard is being used with an Aptiva L or Series computer, the IBM EZ Button software that came with computer must be un-installed.
