How to setup FaxWorks Call Center so that it does not Detect Dial Tone.
FaxWorks Call Center:
1. Activate the Call Center.
2. Click on "Setup", then "Fax Setup".
3. Click on "Detect Dial Tone" this will put an X in the box to show the option is selected (if it wasn't selected.) Otherwise it will remove the X and disable dial tone detection.
4. Click on "OK".
