TP General - How to play a MIDI file using the media player

This document contains information on how to play a MIDI file using Media Player. This document presumes that you have the MWave MIDI preloaded on your machine. If not, you must install the six MWave MIDI disks.
- Click here to obtain the diskettes
Windows 3.1x:
1. Select Program Manager.
2. Select Accessories.
3. Select Media Player.
4. Select Device Menu.
5. Select MIDI sequence (brings up .mid and .rmi file.)
6. Choose and open a file.
7. Click play button to test file.
Windows 95:
1. Select Start Menu.
2. Select Programs.
3. Select Accessories.
4. Select Multimedia.
5. Select Media Player.
6. Select Device Menu.
7. Select MIDI sequence (brings up .mid and .rmi file.)
8. Choose and open a file.
9. Click play button to test file.
