Netfinity 5500 - 'No video' error with 2-3-1 Beep code

Abstract: NETFINITY 5500 'NO VIDEO' ERROR WITH 2-3-1 BEEP CODE
SYMPTOM:
No video and a 2-3-1 beep audible code. This situation may arise if a user has attempted to disable the onboard Ethernet adapter which requires that PLANAR JUMPER J5 is reset. Conceivably, a user could reset the processor jumper J5 (ON THE PROCESSOR CARD) by mistake. This action would cause the 'no video' error described in this tip.
PROBLEM ISOLATION AIDS:
On power up there will be no video and 2-3-1 beep to indicate an error.
FIX:
Ensure that jumper J5 on the processor card is in the default position (pins 1 and 2)
