TP General - Reinstalling devices without drivers such as PCMCIA Card Services in Windows 9x

Symptom:
Some devices that do not show associated drivers, such as PCMCIA Card Services, are difficult to reinstall once they have been disabled from Windows 9x Device Manager.
Configuration:
Any machine with Windows 95 or 98.
Solution:
Boot the machine into safe mode and open Device Manger.
Most previously deleted devices should be present in Device Manager and can be re-enabled by selecting the device and checking appropriate choices in the device's Properties / Device Usage area.
