TP 760,765 - DOS/Windows 3.1 32-bit disk access and CD-ROM

Symptom:
When you enable 32-bit disk access, the CD-ROM is not accessible. Message displayed is "There is no disk in drive." When trying to access the CD-ROM from File Manager, or a blue screen with error message "This program tried to access your hard disk in a way incompatible with the Windows 32 bit disk access feature. This may cause your system to become unstable."
Resolution:
The problem will occur on internal CD-ROM/HDD in 760E series and on CD-ROM/HDD in the dock on 760C/L series. 32-bit access is not supported in Windows 3.1 on TP 760 series.
