Aptiva - Problems installing Microtek scanners on 2156 model systems

Some users have reported problems when installing a MICROTEK Flatbed Color Scanner. To resolve this issue users should reinstall the scanner software. During the installation process the user will be asked if their system is equipped with a CYRIX processor. Users should answer YES to this question as the "IBM 300 Performance Rated MMX" processor is compatible with a CYRIX processor with regards to the MICROTEK scanner software installation.
