Using Display Session on DEC VT100 Keyboards

The DEC VT100 must be configured with the keypad in application mode for the e789 command to function properly. To accomplish this, enter the following command at the VT100 terminal:

echo "\033\075"

Note: For Japanese languages, the PS/55 with DEC VT100 interface can be used to run 3270 Japanese language applications. The TERM variable should be set to VT100. The PS/55 requires both:

• Nihongo DOS Version K3.3 and up
• Nihongo Procomm 5600-JCK or 5605-JCK
