A dialog box on the Client does not come up with the correct language?

Question:

Question:

What if a dialog box on the Client does not come up with the correct
language?

Resolution:

The problem is probably in /etc/environment file in the server machine,
which holds the configuration used for AIX, including TCP/IP. If this
problem occurs, do the following:

       - edit /etc/environment file in the server machine and edit/change the
LANG and LC_ALL environment variables according to the language used.
-- For Japanese customers, the LC_ALL and LANG should be set to
              Ja_JP.
-- For Chinese customers, the LC_ALL and LANG should be set to
              zn_CH

       - either stop all NetView processes and boot the server machine, or
run the following commands on the server machine:
            /bin/stopsrc -s inetd
            /bin/startsrc -s inetd
