Question: I am having problem with SNA manager not showing up
        after the installation of PTF U438561.

Resolution:
SNAMGR V 1.1.2 changes the permissions of /usr/OV/registration/C to 444 

Make sure the permissions are:

dr-xr-xr-x   6 bin      bin     

 To change them to the right permissions, do this:

   Exit all user interfaces
   ovstop
   cd /usr/OV
   chmod 555 registration
   cd registration
   chmod 555 C
   cd
   nv6000
